Experience

My mother battled a rare bone affliction when I was very young. Nothing helped her but Ayurveda. I wanted to know more about it since then. I knew I was in the right place when I opened my first course books. The love flowed and showed itself as academic excellence. I finished my graduation in 2013 and moved to France.

I started my professional career in 2013 in Grenoble, France. The journey began with exploring the possibilities of Ayurveda beyond its homeland. As an Ayurvedic consultant, I managed metabolic and musculoskeletal disorders. Prevention of diseases, Immunity, Yoga, Ayurvedic cooking, Prakriti analysis, and Helping build a pantry to create home remedies with simple herbs was part of my journey here. 

 

After moving back to India (2015), I got associated with Travancore Ayurveda. The experience helped me hone my skills to tackle severe musculoskeletal disorders, metabolic disorders, Infertility, weight management, and other chronic diseases through Panchakarma (5 detoxification) therapies.

In 2019 I joined Vedix R&D as an in-house Ayurvedic doctor, and in 2021 I was promoted to head of R&D. At Vedix, I delved deeper into avant-garde hair and skin research and connected it with Ayurveda. Our team built customized ayurvedic hair and skin solutions based on your ayurvedic phenotype (Prakriti). Vedix was a melting pot of absolute traditional Ayurveda with ingenious modern cosmetic technology. I was thoroughly delighted to read the peer-reviewed articles that helped me bridge the gap between doshas and contemporary approaches to physiology. ​ A diligent three-year stint in Vedix transformed me into an expert R&D formulator and trained me in NPD,  quality control, regulatory work, product safety, and stability.
